Code of Conduct.

Supply Chain Compliance Guidelines

1. Principle of Operations

Aspira Global Trading Limited requires all manufacturing partners, hardware suppliers, logistics providers, and sub-contractors ("Vendors") to adhere to the highest standards of ethical conduct, quality assurance, and legal compliance. This Vendor Code of Conduct establishes our baseline expectations.

2. Ethical Business Practices

Vendors must conduct their business with integrity. Any form of corruption, extortion, embezzlement, or bribery is strictly prohibited. Vendors must compete fairly and comply with all applicable anti-trust and international trade laws in their jurisdictions.

3. Labor and Human Rights

We expect our supply chain partners to uphold the human rights of workers and treat them with dignity:

  • Strict prohibition of forced, bonded, or child labor.
  • Compliance with local laws regarding working hours, minimum wages, and benefits.
  • Provision of a safe and healthy working environment, including proper safety equipment for manufacturing and warehouse staff.

4. Quality & Counterfeit Parts Prevention

Because our telecom equipment supports critical infrastructure, Vendors must adhere to strict quality management systems (such as ISO 9001). Vendors must implement processes to detect, prevent, and mitigate the introduction of counterfeit electronic components into our supply chain.

5. Environmental Compliance

Vendors must comply with all applicable environmental regulations, including proper hazardous waste disposal. For electronic components, Vendors must ensure materials comply with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and REACH directives where applicable.

6. Audits and Enforcement

Aspira Global reserves the right to conduct on-site factory audits to verify compliance with this Code. Failure to adhere to these principles may result in the immediate termination of the vendor relationship and cancellation of outstanding purchase orders.
